Send refund requests within 14 days of purchase. Requests after that may still be reviewed when the law requires it or when there is a clear purchase, activation or delivery problem.

Owlsort is digital macOS software. If something goes wrong with purchase, delivery, activation or supported functionality, contact us with your purchase email, the order ID if you have it, your macOS version and a short description of the problem.
Eligible cases
The license cannot be activated and support cannot fix it. The download or delivery cannot be completed after purchase. Owlsort has a major defect on a supported macOS version and there is no practical workaround. A duplicate purchase was made by mistake.
Cases usually not covered
Requests are usually not covered when the product was used heavily after purchase and the request rests only on preference, or when the problem comes from an unsupported macOS version, system modifications, conflicts with other software, revoked permissions, license abuse, chargeback abuse, sharing beyond the license terms, or unauthorized redistribution.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method when the payment provider supports it. Processing time depends on the payment provider, your bank, card network or local payment method.
